Hours after a federal judge threatened Oklahoma State University with a contempt order, the school finally complied with the judge's November 2007 order to cough up the names of students. A familiar name involved in the case means that RIAA still faces a roadblock in its attempt to send out prelitigation settlement letters to the 11 OSU students.
